Any person who shall within the City limits keep or maintain
rabbits, chickens, ducks, turkeys or other domestic fowl within one
hundred (100) feet of any residence or other dwelling place other
than that of the owner shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor; provided however, that if all occupants of residences
or other dwelling places within such distances agree thereto in writing,
such animals or fowl may be kept and maintained at less than such
distances.
