[Res. No. 10-0701 §1, 7-6-2010]
Upon notice from the violator that the site has been brought
into compliance with the UDO and upon payment of the forty dollar
($40.00) "re-inspection fee", the inspector will determine if the
site has been brought into compliance and will forward any findings
to the Municipal Court prosecutor. The Municipal Court prosecutor
will then determine the appropriate course of disposition for the
case.
