For the purposes of this Chapter, the word "Commission" shall mean the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

A. 
Nothing contained in this Code of Ordinances or the ordinance adopting this Code shall be construed to repeal or otherwise affect the following:
1. 
Any ordinance dedicating, accepting or vacating any plat or subdivision in the City or any part thereof or providing regulations for the same;
2. 
Any zoning ordinance of the City or amendment thereto; or
3. 
Any subdivision ordinance of the City or amendment thereto.
