A.
A Participant
who separates from service before his Normal Retirement Date but after
completing five (5) years of Service shall be entitled to a monthly
Retirement Benefit commencing on his Normal Retirement Date.

A Participant entitled to a Vested Termination Benefit may elect to receive the Benefit commencing at any time after his Early Retirement Date. The amount of such Benefit shall be reduced to reflect early commencement, as described in Section 140.060.
