Upon those highways, roadways, alleyways and driveways described
in Schedule X of this Title, drivers shall move only in the described
direction when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected
and maintained at every intersection where movement in the opposite
direction is prohibited.

A.
Whenever
any highways, roadways, alleyways and driveways are listed in Schedule
X, the City Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain the appropriate
signs. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall
be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite
direction is prohibited.
B.
No person
shall operate any vehicle in violation of the signs or other devices
placed in accordance with this Chapter.
