In accordance with Section 325.140 of this Title and where signs are posted giving notice thereof, no person shall stop or park a vehicle in a marked fire lane, nor shall a person park a vehicle so as to obstruct the ingress or egress of an authorized emergency vehicle, as defined under Section 300.190 of this Code, whether on public or private property. As set forth under this schedule, the following streets, or roadways shall be designated as fire lanes:
