Section 510.080 Removal and Construction of Sidewalks — Area Confined.

[R.O. 2011 §26-7; Ord. No. 2573 §§1 — 2, 8-6-1984]

A. The City of Salem, Missouri will remove any sidewalk and curbing and construct a new sidewalk with curbing if the adjoining landowner will pay for all materials used in the construction thereof.

B. This resolution is confined to properties within the area between MacArthur Avenue on the west, Pershing Avenue on the east, Sixth Street on the north and Third Street on the south.
