A. The St. Louis County Electrical Code, 2008 Edition, as amended and
adopted by St. Louis County in last amendatory Ordinance No. 24,439,
approved July 14, 2010, is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of
the City of Town and Country, Missouri.
B. Agreement With St. Louis County For Enforcement Of Electrical
Code. The City Manager, on behalf of the City, is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with the County for the enforcement
of the Electrical Code of the City of Town and Country by St. Louis
County. The County shall collect and retain all fees.
C. Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions
of the Code adopted in this Section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding
five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the City or County
Jail for a period of not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such
fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable
as such hereunder.

adopted by St. Louis County in last amendatory Ordinance No. 24,441,
approved July 14, 2010, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of
the City of Town and Country.
B. Agreement With County For Enforcement Of Plumbing Code. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of Town and Country, is
hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the County for the
enforcement of the Plumbing Code of the City of Town and Country by
St. Louis County. The County shall collect and retain all fees.
