The license for any club, having a place of business in the City shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) annually, and shall be operative for a period of one (1) year. This license must be renewed annually. The charge for such renewal shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) annually. The fee shall be prorated for any license obtained after the start of the license year. Any club having any other business, trade or avocation shall be required, in addition, to comply with the licensing requirements specified in Chapter 605 and a separate license shall be required for each such activity.

Excluded from the provisions of this Article shall be all not-for-profit
clubs operated for the exclusive benefit of subdivision residents.
