In accordance with Section 335.030 of this Code and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, a driver of a vehicle confronted by a "Yield-Right-of-Way" sign at the following designated locations shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on such intersecting streets, and shall not enter or cross such intersections hereinafter designated until the same can be done safely:
