In the Table of Permitted Uses, located at the end of this chapter, those uses permitted by right are designated by the symbol "X." Those uses that may be permitted as a special exception, under Zoning Hearing Board approval in accordance with § 27-1105, are designated by the symbol "S."

Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any of the uses as permitted in the Table of Permitted Uses by right, "X," are permitted as a right in the same districts and under the same regulations and restrictions as the principal use to which they are accessory. Those accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any of the uses as permitted in the Table of Permitted Uses by special exception, "S," may be permitted as a special exception under the Zoning Hearing Board approval in accordance with § 27-1105 in the same districts and under the same regulations and restrictions as the principal use to which they are accessory.

Unless otherwise specifically prohibited in this chapter, the minimum permissible lot area, lot width, lot depth, front yard depth, rear yard depth and side yard depth and the maximum permissible building height, floor area ratio and building coverage for each type of use in each district, whether permitted by right or by special exception, shall be as set forth in the Table of Height, Area and Bulk Regulations, located at the end of this chapter.
