Editor's Note: Former Art. I, Occupational Privilege Tax, adopted 12-29-1977 by Ord. No. 1158, as amended, was repealed 12-16-1998 by Ord. No. 1633.
As to all real estate tax bills rendered after January 1, 1977, by the Borough of Lansdale, a discount of 10% of the amount of said tax shall be allowed by the Tax Collector if said tax bill is paid in full within two months after the date of said bill.
As to all real estate tax bills rendered after January 1, 1977, by the Borough of Lansdale, a penalty of 10% of the amount of said tax shall be imposed by the Tax Collector if said tax bill is not paid in full within four months from the date of said bill.
