A.
The Commission
shall:
1.
Maintain
the project site in a neat and safe manner;
2.
Conduct
project activities in accordance with common sense and safety practices;
3.
Complete
construction work on the project in accordance with plans and schedule
submitted to the Board of Alderpersons;
4.
Assist
in the preparation of applications for grants or other sources of
funding for the project;
5.
Make
recommendations to the Board of Alderpersons with respect to monetary
expenditures needed for the project; and
6.
Advise
the Board of Alderpersons in connection with all matters relating
to the project;
7.
Submit
to the City Clerk a certificate of insurance for any company contracted
to work on the project.
