A.
Service. Secondary electric service through a single metering installation
shall be provided for offices, professional, commercial or industrial
establishments and other applications outside the scope of the residential
service rates provisions. The general service without demand rate
shall be available to nonresidential customers with up to five kilowatts
of billing demand. The general service with demand rate shall be applicable
to nonresidential customers with billing demands in excess of five
kilowatts of billing demand. Where a demand meter is not installed
on customer's service, billing demand shall be estimated by the Borough.
B.
Service rates. General service rates shall be established and changed
from time to time by resolution of the Lansdale Borough Council.
The billing demand for a billing month shall be the highest
fifteen-minute demand measuring during the billing month.
