A.
Each Section and each Subsection of a Section of these subdivision
regulations are hereby declared to be independent of every other Section
or Subsection of a Section so far as inducement for the passage of
these subdivision regulations are concerned and invalidity of any
Section or Subsection of a Section of these subdivision regulations
shall not invalidate any other Section or Subsection of a Section
thereof.
B.
These subdivision regulations shall in no manner affect pending actions
either civil or criminal founded on or growing out of any ordinance
or part of any ordinance hereby repealed, and these subdivision regulations
shall in no manner affect rights or causes of action either civil
or criminal not in suit that may have already accrued or grown out
of any ordinance or part of any ordinance hereby repealed.
