A.
Any
meeting of a board or committee whose members are appointed by the
City Council or by the Mayor shall comply with these following provisions:
1.
Each meeting must have an agenda prepared by the board Chairman,
committee head or their designee. The public must be given an opportunity
to speak about any item on the agenda. The Chair of the committee
or board may prescribe time limits to facility the meeting. Nothing
in this provision shall be construed to allow the public into closed
session by those boards having authority to do so under Missouri law.
2.
The agenda of the meeting must be published twenty-four (24) hours,
excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the meeting by sending a
copy of such agenda to the City Clerk and by posting a copy of such
agenda on the front door of the principal office of the committee/board's
location. The Clerk shall make such agenda immediately available to
the public.
3.
The committee or board must follow the agenda unless amended or tabled
pursuant to Robert's Rules of Order.

General. Except as otherwise set forth herein,
each member of any appointed board of the City of Chillicothe shall
receive an amount as set by the City Council from time to time.
