The City of Chillicothe participates in the formation of a Major
Criminal Case Squad with other governmental units located in Caldwell,
Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Sullivan and
Putnam Counties, which shall be known as the North Central Missouri
Major Case Squad.

The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Chillicothe are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute and deliver on behalf of the City
of Chillicothe any and all documentation necessary in order to form
and participate in said Major Criminal Case Squad.
