[Adopted as § 1.6 of the 2000 Code]
The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to determine the gross acreage
owned by each property owner within the Village of Hobart, which property
is also within the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District and to
determine the total acreage lying within said area.
The Clerk-Treasurer is further directed to determine the amount
needed to be raised per acre in order to raise the sum needed to pay
the annual installments of $6,257.10 to the Green Bay Metropolitan
Sewerage District.
The Clerk-Treasurer is further directed to place on the tax roll of each owner of property in the Village of Hobart which property is also within the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District a special charge to be inserted in the tax roll as a special assessment a sum determined by multiplying the total acreage owned by the per-acre amount as determined in § 40-3 of this article.
