It shall be lawful for the officer in command at a fire to direct the cutting down and removal of any building, structure or fence for the purpose of checking the progress of a fire if necessary. With the advice and concurrence of at least two (2) members of the City Council or of the Mayor and one (1) member of the City Council, the officer in command at a fire shall have the power to blow up or cause to be blown up any building or other structure during the progress of a conflagration for the purpose of checking or extinguishing the fire.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except for a person who resides in the area, members of the Fire Department, members of the Police Department and those admitted by order of the Mayor, Chief of Police, Police Officer or officer of the Fire Department, to enter the area surrounding a fire for a distance set by the officer in command of the Fire Department. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of an ordinance violation.

A. 
There shall be no installation or use of liquefied petroleum gas tanks or butane gas cylinders within residential areas of the City, other than for the use of a resident or residence for heating purposes or cooking purposes, this Section specifically prohibiting, within residential areas, the use of liquefied petroleum gas tanks or butane gas cylinders for "charging" portable cylinders or vehicle tanks of any type.
B. 
Parking for longer than two (2) hours of any commercial liquefied petroleum gas truck within residential areas is hereby prohibited.
