In accordance with Chapter 320 Speed Regulations of the Code of Ordinances, City of Creve Coeur, all vehicles operated on and within the limits of any street, boulevard or thoroughfare in the City of Creve Coeur, at any time, will not be at a rate of speed in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour*, unless permitted by another Subsection within this Section.
In accordance with Chapter 320, all vehicles operated on and within the limits of the following designated streets or portions thereof shall operate at speeds as hereinafter provided in this and the following Subsections:
