All users of the wastewater facilities shall comply with the
requirements of the written rules and regulations of the Passaic Valley
Sewerage Commission which have been adopted and which from time to
time shall have been adopted, which certified copies of such regulations
shall be filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk after the effective
dates of the within chapter.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the
provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject
to a fine not to exceed $500 and/or be imprisoned in the county jail
for a period not exceeding 90 days or both. Each violation of any
of the provisions of this article and each day the same is violated
shall be deemed and taken to be a separate and distinct offense.
