The corporate boundaries or "City limits" of the City shall
include all lands lying within the following described boundaries
situated in Platte County, Missouri.
Beginning in the center of the public road at the southwest
corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
15, Township 51, Range 34 in Platte County, Missouri; thence west
to the southwest corner of Block X, Lakeview, as shown by the recorded
plat thereof; thence north along the west line of said Block X to
an intersection with the east and west centerline of said Section
15; thence east to the center of said Section 15; thence north to
the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter
of said Section 15; thence east 355 feet; thence north to a point
in the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 10, Township
51, Range 34 which is 336.72 feet north and 355 feet east of the southwest
corner thereof; thence east 77.3 feet; thence north 660.0 feet; thence
east 897.2 feet to the east line of said southwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of said Section 10; thence north to the south line
of "T" Highway at the north line of said southeast quarter of Section
10; thence east along the south line of said "T" Highway to the east
line of said southeast quarter of Section 10; thence south along said
east line to a point 16½ feet south of the southeast corner
of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of said Section 10; thence east to the center of public road
running north and south through the center of the northwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 51, Range 34; thence
north 16½ feet; thence east to the northeast corner of the
southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter
of said Section 11; thence north along the east line of the northwest
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 11 to the south line of
"T" Highway at the north line of said southwest quarter of Section
11; thence east along the south line of said "T" Highway to a point
340 feet west of the east line of the west half of the southeast quarter
of said Section 11; thence south 660 feet; thence west 84.9 feet;
thence south 1,050.0 feet; thence west 55.1 feet; thence south 920
feet to the south line of said southeast quarter of said Section 11;
thence west to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section
11; thence south to the southeast corner of the northwest quarter
of Section 14, Township 51, Range 34 same also being the southeast
corner of Block P, Lakeview, as shown by the recorded plat thereof;
thence west to the northeast corner of the west half of the southwest
quarter of said Section 14; thence south to the south line of said
Section 14 to the southeast corner of the west half of the southwest
quarter thereof; thence west along the south line of Section 14 and
of Section 15, Township 51, Range 34 to the southwest corner of the
southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section 15; thence
west along the south line of said southeast quarter of Section 15
to the centerline of said public road; thence northwesterly along
the centerline of said public road to the point of beginning ... EXCEPT
part of the southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 51, Range 34
described as follows: Beginning at a point 10 chains east of the southwest
corner of said southeast quarter of Section 15 and running thence
north 16.50 chains, thence east 10 chains, thence south 16.50 chains,
thence west 10 chains to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom
the north 10 acres ... ALSO EXCEPT a tract described as beginning
at a point in the south line of the southeast quarter of Section 15,
Township 51, Range 34, 554 feet east of the southwest corner of said

side of the above-described land and except that part off of the north
side thereof deeded to the State of Missouri for highway purposes
by deed recorded in right-of-way Book 6 at Page 18, all in Section

Highlands, a subdivision of land in Platte County, Missouri, described
as follows: Beginning at a point 1,320.5 feet east of the northwest
corner of Section 23, Township 51, Range 34, Platte County, Missouri;
thence south 7 degrees 30 minutes west 400 feet; thence west 532.521
feet; thence north 7 degrees 30 minutes east 400 feet; thence east
532.521 feet to the point of beginning.

A tract of land in the southwest quarter of Section 11, Township
51, Range 34 Platte County, Missouri, being bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter
of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section
11, being also the northeast corner of Lot 6, CLUB HOUSE ADDITION,
a subdivision of land in Platte County, Missouri; thence north 89°
06' 44" west along the south line of the north one-half of the northwest
quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 11, 664.42 feet to
the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of said Section 11; thence south 00°
21' 52" west 16.50 feet; thence north 89° 06' 44" west 664.42
feet to a point on the west line of the southwest quarter of said
Section 11; thence north 00° 15' 20" east 494.86 feet to a point
that is 180.0 feet south of the northwest corner of said Section 11,
being also a point on the Kansas City, Missouri, City limits line
as now established; thence south 89° 05' 27" east along said City
limits line 179.20 feet to a point on the west line of a tract of
land described in Book 308 at Page 303 in the Platte County Recorder's
office; thence south 00° 15' 20" west along the west line of said
tract 38.0 feet; thence south 89° 05' 27" east 162.70 feet; thence
north 00° 15' 20" east 38.0 feet to a point on the above-mentioned
City limits line; thence south 89° 05' 27" east along said City
limits line 591.25 feet to a point on the west line of a tract of
land described in Book 287 at Page 485 in the Platte County Recorder's
office; thence south along the west line of said tract 52.0 feet;
thence south 89° 05' 27" east 397.54 feet to a point on the east
line of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section
11; thence south 00° 28' 24" west along said east line 425.85
feet to the point of beginning.

Part of the southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 51, Range
34 described as follows: Beginning at a point 10 chains east of the
southwest corner of said southeast quarter of Section 15 and running

there from the north 10 acres, all in Platte County, Missouri.

feet to the true point of beginning of the tract to be herein described;
