Unless otherwise specified in a particular provision or Section,
any person who violates any provision of this Code shall, upon conviction,
be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and fined a sum not less
than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00)
or imprisoned for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both
fine and imprisonment, provided, that in any case wherein the penalty
for an offense is fixed or limited by a Statute of the State, the Statutory
penalty or an amount not to exceed the Statutory maximum, and no other,
shall be imposed for such offense.

Each day in which any violation of this Code shall occur or
be allowed to continue to occur shall constitute a complete and separate
offense.

Whenever a term of imprisonment is imposed for a violation of any provision of this Code, such sentence shall be imposed in accordance with Section
100.230 hereof.
