A. 
The following fees shall be required for use of the audio visual equipment at the Community Center.
1. 
Deposit. Fifty dollars ($50.00).
2. 
Usage fee. Twenty dollars ($20.00) (property owner).
3. 
Usage fee. Forty dollars ($40.00) (non-property owner).

A. 
Weatherby Lake Community Center Rules and Regulations:
1. 
Rental deposits. The deposit amounts are one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for resident renters and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for non-resident renters.
2. 
Damage/cleaning/security deposits.
a. 
The City of Weatherby Lake does not provide janitorial services for the renters of the Community Center. Failure to comply with the clean-up requirements as set forth in the "Clean-up Requirement List" will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The Community Center Manager will inspect the facility and the furnishings after each rental event to determine whether the requirements have been met.
b. 
The Community Center is protected by a security system. Failure to arm the security system during your rental, any time the building is unoccupied, will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine per occurrence. Additionally, all renters must return the security fob; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A. 
Fees for the City storage lot beginning the year 2003 shall be:
1. 
Boats of any type and boat trailers. Fifty-five dollars ($55.00) per year.
2. 
Utility trailers, campers and RV's under twenty-eight (28) feet in length. Seventy dollars ($70.00) per year.
3. 
RVs, fifth wheels and trailers over twenty-eight (28) feet in length. One hundred forty dollars ($140.00) per year.
B. 
Renewal of storage lot contract shall be issued for a term of one (1) year commencing January first (1st) of each year. Any person who has an item stored in the City storage lot on January first (1st) of that year and fails to renew said contract on or before March first (1st) shall pay a penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) each month or portion thereof during which the delinquency continues to exist in addition to the annual contract fee.
