As authorized in Section 330.010 and Chapter 330 hereof, when properly signposted, the following streets are designated as one-way streets and it shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle in violation of such markings, signs, or other devices indicating the direction of travel on such streets or parts thereof:
