Any sign which is not erected, constructed or maintained in
accordance with the provisions of this Chapter shall be removed by
the property owner of the land on which the sign is situated within
fifteen (15) days' of notice by the City. If the owner fails to act
after fifteen (15) days' notice, such sign may be removed by the City
and the cost thereof charged to such owner.
