All developer/contractors shall comply with any and all applicable federal or state requirements for equal opportunity, but compliance with the same shall, in no way, excuse any noncompliance with any specific requirements as set forth in this chapter.
All advertisements and solicitations of construction contract bids must contain the following language: "Bidders are required to comply with P.L. 1975, c. 127."
