The limits referred to in Section 16.22a of the American Insurance Association Fire Prevention Code, in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, shall be as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Camden.[1]

The Bureau of Fire Prevention in the Department of Fire for the City of Camden is established and hereby maintained, a division of which shall be operated under the general administration and superintendence of the Chief Fire Marshal, who shall report to the Chief of the Fire Department.
Fire Inspectors of the uniformed force (aka "Fire Prevention Specialist") shall be appointed in the classified service, pursuant to Title 11 of the Statutory Code of the State of New Jersey, and Chapter 59, Fire Department, Article III, Classification of the Uniformed Force, of the Municipal Code of the City of Camden.
All monies collected in penalties associated with fire inspection and code enforcement services shall be appropriated to the Uniform Fire Safety Trust Account.
