There shall be procured and kept
for the use of the City a Common Seal, inscribed with the words at
the top, "CITY OF BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI," "MISSOURI" at the bottom,
and in the center "CORPORATE SEAL" in Roman capitals, and one and
three-quarters (1 3/4) inches in diameter.
