As authorized in Section 340.170
the following limitations shall apply to commercial vehicles and trucks:

Local origin and delivery shall include
any truck picking up or delivering any item within the City limits
of Blue Springs. The following streets are limited to type of traffic
described:

vehicle which is licensed for over twelve thousand (12,000) pounds
