A. 
There is hereby assessed the sum of twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) annually on all residential property within the City of Woodson Terrace having six (6) or less dwelling units to provide funds to pay the cost of certain repairs of defective sewer lines serving such dwelling units.
B. 
The St. Louis County Collector shall collect said fee annually by adding same to the general tax bills issued to property owners within the City of Woodson Terrace.
C. 
Said revenues, including any interest generated therefrom, shall be used only for the purpose of reimbursing the owners of residential properties containing not more than six (6) dwelling units for the repair of defective sewer service lines serving such property in accordance with the City of Woodson Terrace Sewer Lateral Repair Policy.

A. 
The City of Woodson Terrace hereby adopts the February 2005 model Operation and Maintenance Program of the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) for prevention and reduction of pollution in storm water runoff from municipal operations within the City of Woodson Terrace as a co-permittee of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) Phase II Storm Water Permit.
B. 
The Director of Public Works shall be responsible for modifying the text of the model Chapters, provisions and policies of the Operation and Maintenance Program to meet the specific needs of the City of Woodson Terrace, to meet the goal of preventing or reducing pollutant runoff from municipal operations.
C. 
The Director of Public Works shall recommend to the Board of Aldermen the adoption by the City of policies particularly applicable to the needs of our City and to comply with the requirements of the City as a co-permittee.
