These district regulations are designed to protect areas in
the Township for the preservation and conservation of the natural
environment and permit and encourage the retention of forested and
open land; floodplain areas of streams, creeks and drainageways; and
nonintensive land uses located to constitute a harmonious and appropriate
part of the physical development of the Township.
Conservation Uses:

Woodland preservation, game preserve, wildlife sanctuary, or
other similar conservation use.

Residential Uses:

Group home in accordance with § 27-2004.

Single family detached dwelling units.

Public/Utility Uses:

Electric transmission and distribution facilities, including substations and public utility uses and facilities, excluding material and truck storage in accordance with § 27-2038.

Public park, recreational areas, and greenways.

Accessory Uses:

Customary accessory uses and buildings incidental to any permitted
uses in accordance with Part 21, including:

Accessory parking lots and structures.

No-impact home-based businesses, in accordance with § 27-2041.

Private garages, playhouses, garden houses or green houses not
used for commercial purposes.

D.
|
Private swimming pools, in accordance with § 27-2042.

E.
|
Professional and other home occupations, in accordance with § 27-2043.

The following uses shall be allowed subject to Part 26 herein. Accessory uses shall be allowed in accordance with § 27-402, Subsection 8.
Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Part 23 of this Chapter.
Signs shall be in accordance with Part 24 of this Chapter.
