There is established a Department of Administrative Services
which shall consist of a Director of Administrative Services together
with such other officers and employees as may be authorized.

The Department of Administrative Services shall be responsible for coordinating information technology and telecommunications projects for City departments, maintaining the City's centralized network and telecommunications infrastructure, and managing the City's website. It shall also be responsible for providing consulting on technology issues, communication, data and voice tools, software, and equipment to assist departments in delivering efficient services to the public. Additionally, subject to the provisions in Chapter 125, it shall be responsible for the supervision and control of the Municipal Court.

The Department of Administrative Services shall include the
Departments of Finance and Personnel. The Director of Administrative
Services shall also be the Director of Finance and the Director of
Personnel.
