All City elections shall be conducted and held in accordance
with the provisions of the Chapter 115, RSMo. All statutory references
in this Chapter are to the Revised Statutes of Missouri.

The City Council shall consist of five (5) members; all five
(5) members shall be elected at large; the term of each Council member
shall be three (3) years. They shall qualify and their terms of office
shall begin on the first (1st) regular Council meeting after their
election.
