Pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 6109, law enforcement officers
are hereby authorized to use an excessive speed prevention (ESP) device
(Model TK100; Serial No. 80E240) to enforce speed limits governing
the roads in Aleppo Township.
Law enforcement officers shall be trained in accordance with
regulations and standards of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the
operation of excessive speed prevention (ESP) devices.
Nothing contained herein shall in any way conflict with or affect
the rights of the Township or state to otherwise regulate or control
the use of said highways or roads within the Township.
