A. 
Determination has been made based upon an engineering and traffic investigation that the speed limits permitted by State law and by Section 33 of the "Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities" as incorporated in Section 300.010 are greater or less than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon the following streets designated in Schedule I. The speed limits established in Schedule I have been determined upon the basis of the investigation as being reasonable and safe speed limits thereon. Speed limits so declared shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon such streets and/or parts of streets.
B. 
All residential streets not otherwise designated in Schedule I shall have a speed limit of twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
C. 
All streets not otherwise designated in Section 310.010(A) and Section 310.010(B) above shall have speed limits as permitted by State law and by Section 33 of the Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities as incorporated in Section 300.010.
