All parking spaces located behind the Park Ridge Municipal Building
and Park Ridge Library shall be restricted between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to use by Borough employees, Library employees
and individuals either having business in the Municipal Building or
individuals using the Library.
All restricted parking spaces pursuant to this article shall be posted with signage describing the restrictions set forth in § 97-10.5.
The fine for parking in any of the designated and restricted
spaces during the restricted hours as set forth in this article shall
be $50 for the first offense, plus court costs. The fine for all subsequent
offenses shall be $100, plus court costs.
