From and after the passage of this article, a tax of $10 per
capita for every resident of the Township of Aleppo shall be imposed.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Refers only to those persons living within the Township who
are over the age of 21 on the effective date of this article.
This tax shall be collected by the regular Tax Collector of
the Township.
Any person who violates any provision of this article or any
regulation adopted pursuant to it shall, upon conviction thereof before
any Magisterial District Judge, be subject to a fine of not more than
$100 or, in default of payment of such fine, shall be subject to imprisonment
in the Allegheny County Jail or Workhouse for a period not exceeding
30 days.
