Through Streets. In accordance with the provisions of Section 335.010 of this Title, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at every intersection before entering any of the following streets or parts of streets:
1.
All State and Federal marked highways ("throughways").
2.
The following streets are declared major
arterial streets and all traffic except from a throughway, shall come
to a complete stop before operating onto or across such declared major
arterial streets:
Clark Street
Jefferson Street from W. St. John
to Walsh Boulevard
Missouri Avenue
State Street
Walsh Boulevard
3.
The following streets are hereby declared
collector streets and all traffic except from a throughway or major
arterial street, shall come to a complete stop before operating onto
or across such declared collector streets.
East Union Street
Lindell from Park to Bland Street
Maple Street from W. St. John to
South City limits
North Oak from West Highway 54 North
South Central Avenue
West Bland Street from Main to Cleveland
West St. John from N. Lindell to
Galloway Road
