The Water Superintendent shall have charge of the operation
and management of the waterworks plant and system, and all property
and appliances belonging thereto.

The Water Superintendent shall supervise all work that may be
required and shall be under the control of the City Administrator.

The Water Superintendent shall be in charge of the laying of
water mains, repairing and installing meters, making taps, reading
meters, and all other duties which may normally come under his/her
position.
