The City cemeteries will be open to visitors from 7:00 a.m. until sunset, but no person will be allowed to enter the cemeteries except through the gates or by way of established entrances.

All persons in the City cemeteries are required to confine themselves to the avenues and walkways and avoid walking on the lots.

All persons are prohibited from writing upon, scratching, defacing or injuring any monument or other structure in or belonging to a City cemetery.

All persons are prohibited from picking any flowers, either wild or cultivated, or mutilating or injuring any tree, shrub or plant in a City cemetery.

No firearms will be allowed in City cemeteries except at military funerals.

(a) 
No automobiles shall be allowed on any part of the City cemeteries, except the avenues, without special permission from the Superintendent.
(b) 
The speed limit in the cemeteries is 10 miles per hour. Driving on the grass or lots is prohibited. Automobiles must not pass a funeral procession or drive by a lot where funeral services are being held.

No snowmobiles or all-terrain vehicles are allowed in the City cemeteries.

No parking is permitted on grounds of the City cemeteries for purposes other than cemetery business.

All flowers placed in the City cemeteries shall be placed as close to the gravestone as possible. Plastic flowers shall be placed in a container. No spikes, iron rods or wire of any kind shall be allowed. All plants and containers shall be removed by cemetery employees when they become unsightly.

No tree or shrub shall be planted or placed or set in any lot or outside the line of any lot in a City cemetery without the specific permission of the Superintendent.

Work in City cemeteries must be performed by the employees of the City cemeteries, unless otherwise directed and approved by the Cemetery Superintendent. Such work must be carried out under the supervision of the Cemetery Superintendent.

Any person disturbing the quiet and good order of a City cemetery by noise, exceeding the speed limit or other improper conduct will be compelled to leave the grounds and if necessary will be reported to the proper authorities.

Persons desirous of purchasing lots in the City cemeteries should apply to the Superintendent at the office upon the grounds, who will inform the purchaser of the prices of lots, and accompany him into the cemetery where lots may be seen and a suitable selection made.
