The 2012 International Fire Code, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference as the fire prevention code for Park Township for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, and is hereby made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein, subject to the modifications contained in Sections 16-20 and 16-21 and subject to further modifications as the Township shall from time to time adopt by ordinance.

The following sections of the 2012 International Fire Code are
hereby revised as follows:
Section 101.1 Insert: Park Township.
Section 109.4 Insert: a misdemeanor or municipal
civil infraction; $500; 90 days
Section 111.4 Insert: $50; $500

The geographic limits referred to in Sections 5704.2.9.6.1,
5706.2.4.4, 5806.2, and 6104.2 of the 2012 International Fire Code
are hereby established as the entire Township.
Any person who shall violate a provision of this article or
shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be
responsible for a municipal civil infraction.
