It shall be unlawful for any person to write on, cut, mutilate, deface, damage, remove, or destroy in any manner, any building, equipment, structure, bench, picnic table, tennis court, basketball facilities, or any other property, real or personal, or any appurtenances thereto, owned by the Township located upon or in any park or other property owned by or under the control of the Township.

It shall be unlawful for any person who is not an employee of the Township, or who is not authorized by the Township, to pull, pluck, break, trample, climb into, remove, injure, mutilate, or destroy any trees, shrubs, plants, vines, hedges, flowers, or fruit, whether wild or cultivated, or to cut, break down, bend, or damage the bark or trim of any sapling, tree, shrub, or plant, or any limb, branch, twig or leaf thereof that is growing or located in any park or other property owned by or under the control of the Township.

It shall be unlawful for any person to litter, dump or deposit any garbage or other offensive substance or article upon any park or other property owned by the Township or under its control.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to chase, catch, trap, injure, molest, kill, disturb, annoy or remove any animal, bird, fish, reptile, or fowl, either wild or domestic, on land, or in the air or water, in any park or any other property owned by or under the control of the Township.

Unless specifically authorized by the Township, it shall be unlawful for any person, whether in a motor vehicle or not, to be present in or be located within any designated Township park or municipal park or any other property owned by or under control of the Township between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., local time.

No alcoholic liquor shall be brought into, possessed or consumed in any park or on any other property owned by the Township or under its control.
