(a)
Swimming unlawful. On the waters of the entrance channel to Lake
Macatawa from Lake Michigan, Section 33, town 5 N, R 16 W, Park Township,
Ottawa County, it is unlawful for a person to swim.
(b)
Violation. Any person who shall violate a provision of this article
or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall
be responsible for a municipal civil infraction.
