No person, firm or corporation shall, within the Township of Morris, stop, stand or park, on any street, highway or public way within the Township of Morris, for the purpose of selling, offering for sale, displaying for sale or giving away any food or drinks or foodstuffs, intended for human consumption or otherwise, any mobile kitchen, trailer, truck, car, cart or other vehicle; except, however, any such vendor for the purpose of making a delivery of said foodstuffs to a consumer upon request may stop for such purpose between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. but shall not remain stopped, standing or parked.
No vendor of any food or drink or foodstuffs, intended for human consumption or otherwise, shall stop, stand or park any mobile kitchen, trailer, truck, car, cart or other vehicle in or upon any recreation site or swimming pool site owned by or under the control of the Township of Morris, or in any parking areas provided for such recreation sites or swimming pool sites; except, however, that the Director of Parks and Recreation of the Township of Morris may, at his discretion, permit the use of no more than three parking spaces at any such parking area at a recreation site or swimming pool site, on a first-come-first-served basis, and such parking spaces shall be so designated by said Director of Parks and Recreation, and the use of such sites shall be in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by the Director of Parks and Recreation. Religious or charitable or civic nonprofit organizations or corporations may, upon special written permission from the Director of Parks and Recreation of the Township of Morris, be exempt from this prohibition contained in this section.

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of a violation of this article or any of the provisions thereof shall be punishable as provided in § 1-3, General penalty, of this Code for each and every offense, as may be determined by the Judge imposing such fine or penalty.
