Section 115.280 Appointment.

The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Board of Aldermen, shall appoint a suitable person as City Treasurer who shall hold office until his/her successor is appointed and qualified.

Section 115.290 Duties.

The duties of the City Treasurer shall be as set by an ordinance or resolution from time to time by the Board of Aldermen.
