Council hereby accepts and adopts the Delaware County Sewage
Facilities Plan, prepared by the Delaware County Planning Commission,
July, 1971, as the official ten-year plan for sewage facilities in
compliance with the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act of 1966.

The Delaware County Planning Commission is hereby authorized
to submit the Delaware County Sewage Facilities Plan to the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Resources for review and approval, with
the understanding that if any changes are necessary they will be submitted
to this Municipality for its concurrence, and that a process will
be established whereby the complete Plan or any part thereof may be
amended at any time upon request by this Municipality.
