The fiscal year of this City shall begin on July first (1st)
and end on June thirtieth (30th) in each year; and the books, accounts
and reports of the City Officers shall be made to conform thereto.
Provided, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to interfere
with the making of any official reports that are otherwise provided
for by law, ordinance of this City, or order of the Board of Aldermen.
