(a) 
As used in this section, "weapon" means any gun, pistol, revolver, automatic, musket, rifle, air rifle, gas-powered rifle or gun when used to discharge less than 50 pellets, shots, bullets, darts, slugs, balls, rifle slugs or buckshot at any one time, regardless of the propulsive power, whether gunpowder, compressed air, gas or springs or any combination of said mechanisms or any bow and arrow.
(b) 
No person shall discharge a weapon in the Township, unless in the defense of a person or property or pursuant to the provisions of the Game and Wild Life Code, 34 PA.C.S. Section 101 et seq.
