A.
The City
hereby dedicates and holds in trust for the purposes hereinafter expressed,
forever, or until such time as this trust may be terminated, the following
described land: Beginning at a point three hundred thirty-eight (338)
feet west of the southeast corner of Section 18; thence, north three
hundred (300) feet; thence, west one hundred (100) feet; thence, south
three hundred (300) feet; thence, east to the place of beginning,
this place of beginning being also the southwest corner of the Maple
Grove Cemetery. All of such land is located in Section 18, Township
61, Range 24, in Grundy County, Missouri.
B.
Such
land shall be held by the City in trust as aforesaid for burial places
for persons dying in the City without means and without friends or
relatives who can or will provide for burial places for such deceased
persons.
